职位1:
GUIdevelopment engineer （WDD）

Responsibilities:

·
Responsible for designing, implementingand modifying Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) application software to configureand control consumer PC devices and peripherals

·
Working with product marketing,customers PAE’s, FAE’s, and VLSI engineering to design intuitive, efficient andvisually attractive user interfaces.

·
Working with graphic artistsand creative services to develop custom skins, icons and widgets.

·
Keeping up to date on industrytrends in the application software development area.

Qualifications:

·
BSEE/MSEE/BSCS/MSCSor equivalent with
3+ years experiencein application software development

Desired Qualifications:

Fluent in Visual C++, and C, familiaritywith C# programming desired.

Experienced in application software (GUI)development for the Windows XP/Vista/Win 7 and Win 8 platform required,experience with writing applications for Linux, Android and Mac OS is a plus.

Familiar with WinAPI, DirectX, GDI, .NET, MFCFrameworks/Programming.

Familiar with WPF is a plus.

Familiar with the basic functions of commonPC peripherals/devices, such as Audio, communications devices and input/outputdevices.

Basic understanding of Windows Driver Model(WDM), and Windows Driver Framework (WDF)

Graphic art experience is also a plus

Strong communication skills and the abilityto work in a team environment

职位2： Senior Android Engineer （WDD）

An employee in this position will primarily be responsiblefor

·        Architecting the integration of Conexant’s state of the art audio algorithmsinto Android and Linux platforms

·        Implementation of audio and voice processing in Android and Linux

·         Resolvecustomer implementation and performance issues

·         Providefeedback and develop suggestions for future product enhancements orimprovements

Job Requirements

Must to have:

·         B.S./M.S.in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field

·         Minimum 4years of extensive Android development experience and project managementexperience

·         6+ yearsof software development experience

·         Expertknowledge of Android audio processing

·         Expertknowledge of the Advance Linux Sound Architecture (ALSA)

·         Stronghands-on architecture and design skills

·         Strong Cprogramming skills

·         Deepunderstanding of Linux audio processing

·         Practicalexperience with implementing or modifying audio processing in Android or Linuxsystems

·         Practicalexperience with feature definition and Android API design

·         Practicalexperience with customer and developer support

·         Proficientin basic audio dsp concepts

·         Ability tolead technical discussions and customer engagements

·         Highlymotivated individual and team player

·         ExcellentEnglish Verbal and Written communication skills

·         Willing towork closely with remote teams

Nice to have:

·         Practicalexperience with sound enhancement algorithms

·         Practicalexperience with testing audio system performance

·         Practicalexperience with Continuous Integration and CI systems such as Jenkins

·         Practical experience working with hardware OEM/ODM

职位3：Senior ASIC Design Engineer（VLSI）

Job Description

• verilog RTLdesign at module level and chip level integration

• Responsible forSoC integration and
design of SoC-levellogic including clock, reset, and DFT

• Design andVerification of AMBA-based DMA, Memory Subsystem, and all peripheral interfacesat unit level and SoC level

• Work with Analoggroup and physical implementation team on analog macro integration andsynthesis/timing analysis.

• Provide timingconstraints and perform gate level verification

Qualifications:

• 5+ yearsexperience on Verilog RTL design, SoC
design and integration;

• Experience ofarm/AMBA integration and/or design/verification;

• Experience of DMAdesign and/or verification;

• Experience on DFTdesign, timing constraint and timing/power analysis

• Domain knowledgeon Audio Codec, Audio Signal Processor, and USB is a plus

• Strong DSP andMatlab background is a plus

• Strongcommunication skills with all functional teams (including marketing andmanagement) across different sites
