Cadence SPB16.60 + Hotfix 30 Linux

Leslie-T兄, 麻烦帮忙看看Hotfix030安装时候出现的问题，说是有29个文件找不到，感觉Hotfix030包像是不完整。安装环境是ubuntu12.04 amd64

I've uploaded again, however it is the latest hotfix(31) instead of old one.
