Job Description –HumanResources Manager/Director (Beijing Office) 北京上海HRD 人事总监职位([url=mailto:简历发boss@hi-talent.com]简历发boss@hi-talent.com[/url]) Rapidlygrowing profitable pre-IPO fabless semiconductor company with Tier 1 customersseeks a Human Resources Manager/Director.
This position reports to the Beijing VP and General Manager and SiliconValley-based CFO and is responsible for managing all aspects of China’s HRoperations.

o Provide strategic, tactical & operational HR solutions focused onachieving business objectives
o Build partnerships at all levels & implement successful programs
o Ensure alignment between individual, departments and corporate practices aswell as drive organizational design, development and effectiveness of workacross teams.
o Drive effective delivery of HR Programs
o Work with management team in the following areas: organizational development,workforce planning, staffing, employee relations, benefits, performancemanagement and coaching, organizational training and development,team-building, change management, employee engagement, succession planning, andmanaging within the law.
Responsibilities:
o Develop workforce planning strategies that support business objectives andneeds. Identify the best strategies to hire the highest caliber talent, managenew hire orientation & on-boarding process
o Implement strategies to develop employee talent to ensure their skills growwith the demands of the organization. Work with management team, identify anddevelop methods toward building and improving on workforce effectiveness, jobrotation, and training
o Ensure appropriate programs/practices are in place to assure regulatorycompliance in employment, compensation and benefits matters.
o Keep current on Human Resources law, legislation and trends domestically andinternationally.
o Compliance on HR matters as relates to a U.S. public company and Chinaoperating entity
o Foster an environment of development and growth
o Work with management team to create employee engagement programs andinitiatives that will achieve employee retention and improve morale
o Manage performance review process
o Coordinate the day-to-day operations
o Develop and administer policies and procedures
o Provide employee relations support throughout the organization
o Manage organizational compensation programs: executive, management, salariedand hourly, ensure compliance with all national, provincial and localemployment laws
o Coach and mentor managers and employees on various human resources relatedinitiatives and develop proactive employee relations strategies
o Consult on organizational issues; including unusual situations whereprecedents for resolutions are unavailable
o Up to 10% travel to various 芯得咨询客户 locations
You should have:
o Bachelor's degree in related field coupled with 8+ years of HR managementexperience
o Experience with Hi-tech organizations desired, Experience with midsize &public companies a plus
o Successful experience with all levels of management; able to effectivelybuild relationships by establishing trust, credibility and adding value quickly
o Strong project management capability including written and verbalcommunication; able to present, persuade, influence and shift perspective asneeded
o Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, able to methodically workthrough complex problems, set priorities and execute on commitments
o Passion for creating successful organization, and helping drive a strong andwinning culture
