Position Description:   
1、支持业务群组的日常招聘，包括：理解招聘需求，利用内外部资源获得候选人，运用面试和或测评等手段评价候选人，跟进招聘进程，发现可能存在的问题，给出专业的招聘建议；
2、研究、分析行业人才信息，制定招聘计划、分析业务需求并为业务决策提供专业支持；
3、收集记录招聘过程中的数据和信息，完成招聘报表；并为所支持部门提供招聘数据及分析报告；
4、定期反馈和沟通招聘进展，与业务经理保持密切联系，解答业务对于招聘的疑问和咨询，为业务提出优化招聘进展的专业建议；
5、承担或参与招聘内部竞争力项目建设，如校园招聘、渠道管理等，具体项目可根据实际需要来决定。
