[Responsibilities]
1, Audio algorithm research, simulation and implementation for audio/voice codec, speech enhancement, echo cancellation and noise suppression;
2, Prepare algorithm/design document.

[Requirements]
1. MS or above degree required, in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major.
2. Good understanding of one of vocoder standard, such as FR, EFR, EVRC, EVRC-B, AMR, AMR-WB or other vocoder;
3. Good understanding of one of audio codec is preferred, such as MP3, AAC, WMA, AC-3, Real audio or other codec.
4. familiar with the following techniques is preferred, such as Speech enhancement, Acoustic Echo Cancellation, Microphone array;
5.Good English communication skills, team working.
