RF Power Design Engineer（5 years+） ·
degree in Electronics preferably withRF orientation.·
Experience with RF simulation toolslike ADS, Sonnet, HFSS, Cadence and preferably thermal simulation tools likeAnsys.·
Familiar with RF measurements andmeasurement techniques; like power sweep, load-pull, intermodulationdistortion.·
Basic knowledge of digital modulationtechniques (GSM, W-CDMA etc).·
Good communication skills, both verbaland written in English.
RF Power Application Engineer（3 years +）- Expert in RF laboratory equipment andmeasurement techniques.- Experton the design of high power RF circuits for Power Amplifier applications. - Highlyknowledgeable on modelling techniques for non-linear systems,familiar withsimulation tool like ADS/Microwave office/Momentum- Highlyknowledgeable on the physics of device operation.- Goodunderstanding of RF circuit techniques for performance enhancements such asdigital pre-distortion and Doherty.- Excellentproblem solving skills.- Havea pro-active attitude- Hands-onmentality- Good English language skill
