Position: DSP Architecture Engineer

Job Description:

1.      Responsefor design architecture of video/image processing chip or IP andcreate/maintain c model for the chip or IP.

2.      Architecturedesign work includes mapping algorithm solution into hardware solution fromfollowing aspects:

a)      Functionpartition of algorithm solution;

b)      DesignInterface and interface’s protocol design between IP block or sub-block;

c)      Controlmechanism define, calculation logic evaluation, storage size and bandwidthevaluation based on cost, throughput,

3.      Cmodel work include following aspects:

a)      Createc model based on original algorithm c code and architecture

b)      Createmapping between c model’s behavior and RTL behavior

Requirements

1.      3+(5+ for senior) years experience in IC industry

2.      Backgroundand experience

a)      RTLdesign and verification background at IP level and chip level

b)      Familiarwith often used interface protocols and their design and verification

c)      Familiarwith IC develop tools;

d)      Itis better have graphics and video chip design background

e)      Familiarwith c++ or c and their develop environment
