SOC encoder installation problem

I have this problem when I try install SOC.
any file not found in my SOC files to install it.

please repeat these steps
1- install ncompress
for this you can download from pkgs.org and install with doubleclick
2- copy IS*.Z to special folder like /home/Desktop/A
3 open terminal
   cd /root/Desktop/A
   ncompress ISCAP03.Z
(you must convert .TZ to Z)
4 you must have ISCAP03.t in folder A after that
5 in the terminal
      tar -xf ISCAP03.t
6 you must have two folders data and iscape
7 you run this in terminal
   /root/Desktop/A/iscape/bin/iscape.sh'
8 after that you need install from ISCAPE GUI

run this in terminal (in root)
apt-get install ncompress

i recommend you install centos 6 for cadence software i think you use ubuntu
