PL Mobile Audio is developing smart audioamplifiers for mobile applications. For the customer support team in China (Shanghaior Shenzhen area) we are looking for a software application engineer.

Job description:

You will help our customers with theintegration of the audio driver on the various target platforms and operatingsystems.

You will be a troubleshooter for thesoftware to secure smoothly integration of our smart speaker amplifier.

You will actively engage with the SWengineers of our customers remotely or on site.

You providing software integration trainingfor customers and other FAE’s.

Expectations:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or Master’sdegree in Computer science.

You have relevant skills in audio driver developmentfor mobile platforms (Android/Linux/Windows).

You have strong programming skills inC/C++.

You have good knowledge about the HardwareAbstraction Layer (HAL) in Android (Linux) and Windows.

You have a strong affinity with audio,acoustics and electronics.

You have good understanding of the mobileaudio hardware architecture and interfaces like I2S, TDM, PDM, I2C, SPI, Slimbus etc.

You have relevant knowledge using logicanalyzers for troubleshooting hardware interfaces.

You have a customer oriented attitude. Youare willing to listen and open to new ideas. You are creative, pro-active andquality-oriented.

You have good communication skills. You areable to interact smoothly and appropriately with customer and sales and accountteam. You are fluent in English.

You can work in team as well asautonomously.

You like to frequently travel to provideonsite support.
