i have this problem, i want to use << .MODEL nch_rf.1 >> in http://www.edaboard.com/attachments/92472d1371486832-rf018.rar

with this Syntax :

.lib 'rf018.l' TT_RFMOS
mn1 2 1 0 0 nch_rf.1 w=7u l=0.18u

but deal with this error:
**error** model name nch_rf.1 in the element 0:mn1
is not defined.

can you help me?

lib not include mn1
1.you can open rf018.l by ultraedit
2.try to find if there is mn1

you must include mn1 element, or will be error
