Digital Design Engineer-Energy-Beijing
Job Description
Responsibility:
1. Participate Energy ASSP mixed-signal product development , include detailed digital function specification definition, digital circuit design/verification/implementation.
2. Develop verification environment and test bench.
3. Develop digital circuit IP blocks, include specification definition, architecture design, block level test bench.
4. Logic synthesis and gate level simulation.
5. Develop and maintain behavior models.
Requirement:
1. MS or above in EE or Microelectronic
2. 5+ years' working experience in RTL digital design,
3. fluent in one or more scripting languages, such as Perl, C/C++, Python
4. Experience with System on Chip integration would be advantage
5. Experience with UVM would be advantage.
6. Experience with datapath design would be advantage.
7. Self-motivated, results oriented, team oriented and good communication skills.
8. familiar with digital design flow and tools, can use synopsys dc/DFTc/pt, cadence incisive. |
