工作职责：
负责本地媒体文件及流媒体的播放软件研发；
负责音视频基础服务的规划、设计和开发；
负责互联网流媒体方面的播放、采集、压缩等特性的开发；

工作要求：
本科及以上学历，计算机相关工作经验；
3年以上互联网音视频播放器或编解码技术开发经验；
掌握视频播放技术原理，有实际播放器开发经验，精通Directshow、QuickTime、OpenCore等播放器技术架构中的一种或多种；
熟悉音视频相关协议和标准,如AAC、MP3、H.264、MP4、RTSP/RTP、MMS等；
熟悉MPC-HC、Mplayer、VLC player等开源播放器代码；
精通Windows操作系统，熟悉Linux、iOS、Android等其中一种；
