DFT 的scan_mode

各位大侠：
我在设计DFT controller，我进入scan_mode是采用一个PAD串行码输入的方式。
当输入一组串行的码时就进入scan_mode,相当于这个scan_mode信号时内部信号。
而当我做DFT compiler时我该怎么指定这个内部信号scan_mode 为1呢？
如果使用internal pin flow是可以指定的，但是生成的spf文件不能用于ATPG。
请问除了internal pin flow还有什么办法可以指定？

set_dft_drc_configuration -internal_pins enable
set_dft_signal -type TestMode -hookpin xxx/scan_mode -active_state 1 -hook_sense non-inverted
