职位描述：
Interface with Foundry for technology evaluation, transfer and qualification.
Assist designers in product design and work with Foundry for product tapeout.
Accountable for improving product performance and quality, increasing yields, reducing production cycle time, and lowering production cost.
Monitoring parametric performance and yields of products (trends and SPC)
Performing yield loss analysis with subsequent failure and root cause identification
Design experiments to optimize process conditions.
When needed, perform wafer level bench test using wafer probe station and semiconductor parameter measurement equipments, and analyze results.
When needed, perform wafer sort program parameter adjustment to optimize yield.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent written, oral communication and negotiation skills in English.
Sound understanding of HV CMOS and BiCOMS device physics and process technologies.
Have strong problem solving skills, a proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment and who are self-motivated and self-directed.
Have the ability to work well with a diversity of colleagues and geography.
The position will require some international travel.


PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

MS in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or semiconductor related fields.
2~5 years of experiences working in the semiconductor industry.
