synopsys license 求助

原来的synopsys license过期了，按照网上的方法已经生成了新license，sssverefy 也已经License file integrity check PASSED!但是运行的时候还是显示

Failed to obtain license...


license服务器端显示
(snpslmd) UNSUPPORTED: "VCSCompiler_Net" (PORT_AT_HOST_PLUS   ) ****@****  (License server system does not support this feature. (-18,327))
看来还是license有问题，不知道问题在哪里，求助！
