Responsibilities
1. Optimization of Tooling Costs (ww) by Sourcing Tools in Asia for ww
2. Launch a bridge between Western/Lokal/ww AE suppliers and Asian tool shops
3. Coordination of AE activities/projects with Asian toolmakers
4. Development of design standards to reduce variants/costs
5. Development/training of tool shops to make technical and organizational improvements
6. Cost calculation of tools/moulds (tooling cost structure analysis) available for benchmarking
7. Covering tool shops of main commodities (Die casting)
8. Tool shop market continuous overview
9. Continuous benchmark follow-up for tooling activities

Qualification Requirement
1. Bachelor degree (or above) of mechanical or production engineering.
    (Work experience as a toolmaker will be a plus).
2. Technical training and professional experience in tooling manufacturing and/or production
3. Ability to work in a team, good net worker and assertiveness
4. Cost awareness for tooling and parts (Design and raw material) and self responsible
5. Good knowledge in Chinese & English language, oral and in writing (German will be a plus)
6. High degree of flexibility and mobility for frequent travelling, national as well as international
7. Working experience in an international team (ww) as well as at international companys
