Job Purpose
Manage sales and account development activities in target account base to achieve company sales targets. He/she works to diagnose customer needs in new system-on-chip design projects and to articulate the right solutions, based on XX-based IP and services, to help the customer achieve remarkable results.
He/she coordinates all business communication, identifies the best business model to fit the customer's requirements, and leads the business deal to closure.
This role will require significant travel at short notice within China.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of account management and penetration plans and annual XX IP bookings objectives for target account base.
Responsible for developing new accounts and expand XX business relationships and product adoption in existing ones.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor Degree required
Required Skills & Experience
5+ year of experience in Semiconductor or IT Sales and Marketing
Proven track record of success in sales
Previous industry working experience in China
Knowledge of IC design and semiconductor industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Motivated self starter and strong team player
Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English
