Help!!! installing Cadence IC5141 on CentOS 6.2

Hi, everybodyI wanna install cadence IC5141 on CentOS 6.2
as you know, CentOS kernel version is 2.6. but IC5141 run on kernel 2.4 version as i heard.
I search on Internet and I found that I should have USR6 for that.
but I found USR6 on some posts, but my internet is too slow, and downloading from forum is not supporting resume,
if someone can upload for me on some share sites(e.g 115.com), I would really really appreciate for that help.

And I want this for my B.S project, and I really really need that app.
