最近安装EDA的系列软件，VCS勉强搞定之后，再装debug软件Verdi，从imap的帖子

下载了整套的Verdi2011，解压之后唯独欠缺一个破解可用的license.dat，希望eetop的各位大牛给小弟指点一二，折腾了这么久，真的不想半途而废啊！
PS：之前尝试安装了Verdi2009的版本（未成功）错误提示为：各位能帮我解决Verdi2009的问题，小弟也是不甚感激！

12:38:43 (lmgrd) 1) Make sure lmgrd and all vendor daemons for this
12:38:43 (lmgrd) license are not running.
12:38:43 (lmgrd) 2) You may have to wait for the OS to clear this port.
12:38:43 (lmgrd) Retrying for about 5 more minutes
12:38:47 (lmgrd) The TCP port number in the license, 28001, is already in use.
12:38:47 (lmgrd) Possible causes:
