icc提取spef做pf的时候报错

icc中输出做pt的v文件命令write_verilog -diode_ports -no_physical_only_cells -force_output_references [list of your DCAP cells] \ $RESULTS_DIR/$DESIGN_NAME.output.pt.v输出spef命令为extract_rc -coupling_cap
write_parasitics  -format SPEF -output $RESULTS_DIR/$DESIGN_NAME.output.spef
现在在pt里面读入spef的时候  发现很多的
Error: Cannot find port/pin 'X175/Y' in design 'top' (DES-002)
Error: Cannot find port/pin 'X441/D' in design 'top' (DES-002)
Error: Cannot find port/pin 'X357/B' in design 'top' (DES-002)
Error: Cannot find port/pin 'X443/C' in design 'top' (DES-002)
Error: Cannot find port/pin 'X442/C' in design 'top' (DES-002)
Error: Cannot find port/pin 'X461/B0' in design 'top' (DES-002)
Error: Cannot find port/pin 'X327/A1' in design 'top' (DES-002)
Error: Cannot find port/pin 'X481/A1' in design 'top' (DES-002)
Error: Could not resolve net '29'.  (PARA-075)
Error: Cannot find port/pin 'X476/A0N' in design 'top' (DES-002)
等等很多  是不是我的icc命令有错求各位大侠  解决下  很急最好能讲解下这个是什么原因引起的  应该咋样解决感谢各位大侠哦

一般PT做STA需要的网表不会输出physical cells的信息，看你的命令是要把DCAP cells写到网表中。不知道是不是这样引起的！
