Responsibilities:

1.
Providetechnical support to customer during system definition, design, development andintegration.

2.
Responsiblefor identifying new product technologies; assessing problems with existingproducts and technologies; and proposing/developing innovative solutions.

3.
Conductingtraining, writing papers and application notes, and accumulating customerinputs to drive future product definition and evolution.

4.
The dayto day responsibilities are:

• Work with systemengineering, field, and the customer to identify customer developmentrequirements.

• Lead a team of TIand contract software systems/ applications engineers and who will own theon-time integration and customization of the Haptics driver and applicationsfor each customer project.

• Own and driveproject execution with defined the key milestones and customer requirements.

• Managecommunication through face-to-face meeting, day-to-day interaction, orteleconferencing in a virtually global workplace.

• Pull-in otherteams as needed to maintain, track and get closure on action items.

• Publish progressreports to the project team and maintain information in a shared web-portal,

• Identify thecritical risks in the project execution and come-up with mitigation plans toproactively avoid issues.

• Identify, Investigate,and provide recommendations of upcoming sales and customer needs.

• Manage projectrequirements tracking, staffing, issue resolution and 3rd party dependencies.

• Provide internaland external status reporting for the issues getting submitted and resolved.

•Understand the technical details at an adequate level to drive the program andbe able to arbitrate technical alignment and suggest right way forward in thebest interest of the product

Qualifications:

Basic:

1.
Min BS& 5 years related software development in Android, Linux andWinCE/WinMobile driver development and integration.

2.
Familiaritywith the Haptics or audio applications, driver development and driver testingand certification is desired.

3.
Familiar with digital serial audioformats such as I2S and digital control formats such as I2C and SPI.

4.
Good written and communicationskills inEnglish and Chinese, can present convincingly and articulate clearly to avery knowledgeable audience.

5.
Experiencewith software engineering processes and the software development lifecycle.

6.
Identifywell with team members and work on common goals

7.
Provide strong mentoring skills totrain and guide junior engineers.

Additional:

Experience with Android HAL and ALSA modification, WHCK certification,Haptics /audio signal processing and hardware design of digital and analogHaptics/audio systems experience is desired.

1.本科5年以上，硕士3年以上andriod/Linux/WinCE/WinMobile平台的软件驱动开发经验
2.熟悉audio/haptics应用开发、驱动开发、驱动测试和验证
3.熟悉I2S,12C,SPI
4.中英文熟练，能流利表达
5.熟悉软件开发流程和软件开发的生命周期
6.良好的团队协作能力，能给年轻工程师做一些技术培训
此外，如有一下经验者优先：
有Android HAL和ALSA modification，WHCK certification相关经验；
熟悉haptics/audio系统硬件设计
