spectre后仿问题

在用Spectre做后仿的时候遇到这样的错误:"Notice from spectre in `PM_TOP2_AGND':`I1.x_PM_TOP2_AGND', in `TOP2':`I1', during hierarchy flattening."
"I1.x_PM_TOP2_AGND.c25265: Terminals are connected together (to node `0').
Notice from spectre during topology check."
不知道是什么原因？下面是spectre.ic文件里的数据，TOP2是我的cell名字，请问这个是什么情况？真心不懂。。。。。。。。谢谢了！！！！
