我在U28下查询不同Layer的Grid Size是不一样的，比如DNW为0.005但是DIFF和TG的Grid Size是0.001

There are two type of grid points,
Manufacturing grid
Routing grid.

Manufacturing grid gives the minimum points the the layer vertex can have or in other way manufacturing resolution.
Routing grid very much depends on layout type and application of the circuit. it can vary depend on the final chip.
