安装IC610后还需要安装什么

我已经把IC 610安装好了，，，请问仿真的时候还需要安装什么呢？

助] rhel4中装IC610环境变量设置后遇到问题

错误显示为：
bash: ./etc/bashrc: No such file or directory

但查看etc下有bashrc文件的啊，很郁闷,报警信息如下：
