use this feature at one case ,
feel that , it will reduce the utilization and decrease the total number of violation path , at end , the hold violation seems not too bad compared with other CTS flow

Yes, you are quite right.
The CCOpt methodology is aiming at considering setup and hold time concurrently with the high effort on reducing clock network length. However, we need more time to handle the case. I hope you can update your feeling about CCOpt, and if you have issue, you can append.
