I am trying to run in windows and currently I use SCL 10.9.3.
For better controlability I used lmtools and defined a server and entered the Lic file that I have created and started to read and start the server. Every thing is OK to this step but When I try to drag ccss_exec.exe from gui folder to a command window for executing I get this message "The desired vendor daemon is down". For reducing interference I unistalled VMware because of unnecessary network adapter. I also view the log inside the lmtools and it shows that the License is valid.
Does all of these problems are related to:
1- my wrong execution of the tool (by dragging the tool to the command window)?
2- Wrong version of SCL?
3- what are the necessary environment variable in windows? Is LM_LICENSE_FILE or CCSS_KEYS variable enough?
Below is my final error message. I see in the task manager that snpslmd.exe file is executing but I see the error again.
What is your solution?
How should your sent ccss file be exexuted? Should I change it to bat file and only click or what?
The versions 11.2 till 11.4 in WIN, tries to detect the license file but say that Packages (you can see them inside the license file) are not supported anymore but 10.9.3 detects the file. when CCSS is invoked it says that lmgrd is down. I really do not know why. I think some files should be cracked.
