Open it with EFA 0.4 and choose Ethernet in both places (if you are in windows) or choose custom (if you want to use the linux version and in the custom field enter 12 digit number that you have got in linux terminal window by entering ifconfig command). Then click generate. After saving this lic file to an appropriate place, define LM_LICENSE_FILE enviroment variable addressing this lic file. That's all.
