岗位职责
1、负责互联网产品的新客户开拓,客户信息的搜集,完成销售目标,并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务;
2、签定销售合同,指导、协调、审核与销售服务有关的帐目和记录,协调相关事务;
3、与客户进行沟通,及时掌握客户需要,了解客户状态,协助解决客户对销售和服务提出的投诉;
4、定期对客户档案进行分析、整理,提供销售分析数据;
5、从销售和客户需求的角度,对产品的研发提供指导性建议;
岗位要求
1、专科及以上学历,市场营销等相关专业,3年以上互联网销售工作经验;
2、具备较强的销售技巧及销售经验,市场营销经验及渠道拓展经验;
3、熟悉旅游、婚嫁等互联网产品推广、销售渠道、方式;
4、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系,业绩优秀;
5、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力。
