岗位职责
1、参与产品规划构思和创意过程；
2、分析业务需求，并加以分解、归纳出产品人机交互界面需求；
3、设计人机交互界面结构、用户操作流程等；
4、参与公司产品的创意设计。
岗位要求
1. 对交互设计有较深的理解和大量的实践，可以独立完成整个设计过程。
2. 熟悉产品开发流程，能够配合产品完成项目；
3. 输出高质量的产品原型，流程图，线框图，清晰的表达自己的设计方案；
4. 一定用户研究及可用性测试经验，能够利用数据支持方案实现，对通用类软
   件或互联网应用产品的人机交互方面有自己的理解和认识。
5. 对用户体验方面的理论有较深的了解和认识，具有敏锐的用户体验观察力，
   富有创新精神。
6. 熟练掌握Axure、Visio、等交互设计软件
7. 个性乐观开朗，善于和各种背景的人合作，充满好奇心，在每一个有趣的网
   站都拥有注册帐号；
8. 人机交互，工业设计、计算机、心理学、平面设计、广告设计等相关专业本
   科以上学历；
