关于star-mtb的使用与错误解决，后续软件

synopsys的star-mtb是2004年就停止继续升级的EDA工具，能够将spice网表，通过hspice模拟，提取信息，生成synopsys可以使用的lib和db文件，但是现在遇到一些问题，不知还有没有会使用？

有没有人知道，它的后续软件是什么？

运行

synopsys_model_build -mode full -ps 1 -tol 2 -r yes -c yes -a ../<library>.rcf -f ../ <library>.sld -kav yes -pwr yes -sarc yes -mcf all -d median

后，报错，其中
