SUMMARY
Participate in management and validating various new products, certificated new products and communication with customer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
 Manage the validation and certification of new products;
 Communicate with customer by English conference call and email;
 Ensure the overall schedule and quality of the products and minimize validation escapes to customers;
 Create validation testing schedule, report test results to customer;
 Ensure the validation task be finished timely;
 Be Responsible for reviewing customer’s specification, project planning, destination & version, works closely with customer or Design Leader, and records findings to ensure the product meet specifications;
 Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor;
 Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Management, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; and 5 years’ experience in product validation or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good English skill for communication and conference call.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Advanced PC skills. Ability to read and interpret common specification, test reports, and product certification documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate common figures and amounts such as percentages, area, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual may be required to sit, stand walk regularly, and occasionally lift up to15 lbs. Be accessible to production floor and office staff and to use required office equipment. Specific vision requirements include reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen frequently.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.  Individual’s primary workstation is located in the office area, with some time spent each day on the manufacturing floor.  The noise level in the work environment ranges from low to moderate.
