工作职责:
1. 根据公司战略发展的需要,制定年度招聘规划和人员编制预算;
建立及完善公司的招聘体系文件;
2. 分析、选择、维护、拓展各类招聘渠道,并与外部招聘服务机构形成紧密的合作关系,满足公司的人才需求;
3. 进行简历甄别及招聘测试、面试、筛选、录用等工作;
4. 熟练掌握面试技巧,具有敏锐的洞察力,独立承担招聘工作;
5. 建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
任职资格:
1. 统招大学的本科以上学历, 熟悉企业的招聘流程及各种招聘渠道。
2. 有八年工作经验,具备IT公司技术招聘4年以上,有猎头经验优先。
3. 强烈的使命感及奉献精神,工作态度积极乐观,为人正直,处世公平、公正,坚持原则,有大局意识。
4. 对互联网产业感兴趣者优先。
