ignore， 不stop flow的error 可以忽略，

我也是这个问题，我之前做icc没有io库做出来的很正常，现在加了io库就报了这个错误。我刚开始忽略了，结果出来版图我需要连pad的引脚就完全没有，不接pad的引脚就正常
