我把安装过程遇到的问题总结如下，希望能对别人有用：

1）如果破解时遇到缺少libstdc++.so.5，运行
yum install libstdc++.so.5解决
(ubuntu系统请sudo apt-get install libstdc++5)

2）破解遇到ksh问题，运行
yum install ksh 解决
(或 sudo apt-get install ksh)

3）启动遇到缺少libXm.so.3问题，运行
yum install openmotif
（或sudo apt-get install libmotif3）

4）另外ubuntu可能缺少csh，先安装：
sudo apt-get install csh

5）最后在软件安装目录下创建一个空的license文件，修改自己的环境变量vi .bashrc（ubuntu没有.cashrc）

加入

export CDS_LIC_FILE=/tools/cadence/你的安装目录/license

6）如果出现/bin/awk not found
请建立链接sudo ln -s /usr/bin/awk /bin/awk
因为ubuntu的awk配置不同
