好像是， man PSYN-061  看看，

看看具体那个cell的site 如何了，

site 就是 lef里面的那个site定义，
mw里面就是unitTile的定义

跟面积无关啊， 这是个testchip 利用率只有个位数的%。就是这个cell会报这样的问题， 我dont use 他之后就ok了，

但不明白这个error到底在报什么？    之前查过那个error code了
