A better way is joining a large scale international company at first step. Usually such kind of companies have good tranining systems. And then join a small company to train yourself for the complete design flow and system level concept. However, from first step to 2nd step there is a very big change in working style and work load. Many people are reluctant to do this change.

對剛畢業的人建議去正規的小公司上班 , 會很累 ,
撐的下來, 爾後絕對不會吃虧 !
