software consultant（可兼职）
Task Description:
We are looking for a software consultant to develop a MIPS-to-miniMIPS utility for us. A cidate who is experienced in compiler design, with computer science background will be able to do this task. The open source MIPS compiler source code will be used as the starting point. We need this consultant to work with our hardware architecture group develop this utility to meet their needs. We expect the consultant to start the work immediately complete the task within two-three weeks.
Experience in the following areas of expertise is desired:
1.Working experience of MIPS architecture, compiler simulator.
2.Proficient in developing APIs or drivers in C or assembly language.
3.SW Development experience with MIPS or similar embedded processor
cores.
4.Knowledge of using, development debugging tools/softwares like
gnu GCC.
5.Strong team player with excellent written/oral communications skills highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the following as well is beneficial but not required:
6.Knowledge of wireless digital communications/TV stards.
Qualifications required to do this task: Either an MS or PhD in computer science with working experience in MIPS processor core. Graduate students will also be considered.

Have at least two years of experience in embedded software development especially in real time applications such wireless communication.
Good understing of CPU/DSP processor principles. Has experience of implementation optimization of CPU/DSP software to realize real time algorithms.
Fluent in C language. Has experience in assembly language of embedded processors or DSP.
Has played important roles in real product delivery that is proven in market.
Capable of organizing a project in terms of specification, code structure debug method.
Hs on software programming for both top level block level.
Good problem solving skills. Can working independently on a single project.
8. Good communication documentation skills. Experience in multi-site project development.
