使用calibre提取参数时，报错，求指导

calibre在提取RC参数的时候，如果我不在setup中的PEX option中添加LVS的rule file，直接只添加XRC的rule file，在运行过程中会报如下错误：
FATAL ERROR: There are no CAPACITANCE extraction operations in the rule file

如果在PEX option中添加了LVS的rule file之后，则报以下错误
Error while compiling rules file /.../__meta_SmicSP11P_cal013_log_sali_plmtx_1233.lvs_xRC__:
Error SPC1 on line 345 of /.../SmicSP11P_cal013_log_sali_plmtx_1233.lvs_xRC - superfluous specification statement: source path.

网上有一种说法说，后者的错误是因为有些文件只能使用一次，之后再使用便会出错。但是我尝试了一下，貌似还是不对，请问一下calibre做提参遇到这种问题的解决方法是？

难道是两个文件都有 set source，source path。。。 感觉是有重复定义的部分咯

想知道一个include另一个文件都有layout path这种咋处理的？

缺少 *.R/*.C files。
PDK/LPE/Xcalibrate/*.C  *.R  
both add to LVS rule file.
