Component Design Engineer - Analog 模拟电路设计工程师
Location: Shanghai 上海
Job Description:
Summary: Detailed design of analog/mixed-signal circuits, including design capture, layout, test, evaluation and debugging of circuit and design support for mass production.
Has the flash memory design experience is preferred.
Essential Functions:
• Architects, designs and verifies circuits, logic, systems, algorithms, etc. to meet product requirements.
• Determines design approaches and parameters. Responsible for custom layout, including overseeing the work of layout designers. Conducts evaluation of design results by laboratory measurements of ICs.
• Reports on design results through design reviews, in accordance with company quality requirements and resolves action items generated as a result of these reviews. Attends design reviews to provide input and guidance to other designers.
Education and/or Experience: Major of micro-electronic is preferred. Bachelor's degree with 3+ year experience or Master degree required. An advanced degree may reduce the minimum experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Understanding of engineering fundamentals
• Knowledge of complex AC/DC analysis (poles, zeros, compensation)
• Signal analysis knowledge (convolution, transforms)
• Parasitic analysis knowledge (capacitance, resistance, power grid, package)
• MOS Device modeling skills (noise, excess thermal noise, DIBL)
• Knowledge of CMOS fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of MOS transistors and analog/digital circuit design
• Knowledge of digital design and design flows for optimal design results (area, timing, power)
• Knowledge of design EDA tools such as Cadence Schematic entry, Eldo/Hspice experience
