1. Software Validation Project Leader
Description:
In this position, the candidate will be responsible for leading validation project against software stack on Marvell's latest embedded processors and platforms. His or her responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Make validation planning.
Track validation project progress.
Summarize and report validation results.
Coordinate test developer and execution engineer on hot spot validation tasks.
Requirements:
In sight understanding of embedded system on both hardware and software.
Excellent coordination skills and leadership.
Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
Excellent validation skills.
Good English written skills.
Good programming skills.
Team player.
Validation experience on Android platform will be a plus.

2. Senior Software Developer in Test
Location: Shanghai/Marvell
Description:
In this position, the candidate will be responsible for test design and implem
entation for Linux validation related tasks on Marvell’s latest embedded proc
essors and platforms. His or her responsibilities will include but not limited
to,
1. Work closely with development teams and the program management to drive qua
lity through design and implementation.
2. Understand and define structured quality matrix for Linux kernel, BSP and a
pplication framework, like Android.
3. Lead test suite design and implementation among team/projects.
4. Perform deep analysis to narrow down or root cause project blocking issues.
5. Implement automated test cases and test tools.

Requirement:
1. Excellent programming skill in C/C++/Java and scripting language, i.e. Perl is
must.
2. Excellent Linux OS Kernel/driver and application framework (like Android) know
ledge is must.
3. Excellent embedded system development experience is must.
4. Excellent validation methodology, process and potential is must.
5. Excellent smart phone related validation experience will be plus.
6. Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin.

MSEE or MSCS with 5 years in relevant working experience
