呵呵，pcb设计都是牛人才能做的了得事情，ESD,EMC,EMI考虑的多了去了，可能因为我不是做pcb的所以我感觉他们非常牛，当然，你如果是做asic，也是很牛的，如果做fpga我感觉就差了好多，呵呵，个人意见

以楼主的水平，肯定不会就只是做PCB的料，为自已的理想无可厚非！
重要是掌握进入的时间和形式，让自已少走弯路。

PCB工作也很有搞头，而且很依赖经验。
主要看lz从事的pcb工作到底有多少机会接触到比较高速的设计。
如果只是低速信号，提升幅度有限，做个一两年就差不多了。

但PCB比较枯燥。

lz想转行就利用平时好好学习，但千万不要忽视手头的工作。现在的招工很看重过去的工作经历，即使不是相关工作，这反映了一个人的学习能力和工作态度。偶以前做CP+PCB的时候浪费了一年多时间瞎混，后悔啊。。。
