[求助] 本人已成功设计出9bit,80MSPS,1.2v,3mw,tsmc.13的adc,请教如何转化成money

本人已成功设计出9bit,80MSPS,1.2v,3mw,tsmc.13的adc,请教如何转化成money

ps:用其他工艺也可以实现,只是较大工艺下的速度要慢些,更细化的工艺理论上实现起来会更容易。

另外,精度和速度也可以相互转化,比如11bit,40MSPS,该设计的优势是功耗很小,谢谢各位!

    unit of area is um^2 or mm^2? which architecture? including driver? power consumption including digital part(in case of intensive background digital calibration and special clock signal generator). Do you use oversampling? if yes, what's OSR? LDO, bandgap included or not? Performance number is worst or typical?

Is there reference buffer?  Does reference require extra pin? ADC has high impedance input or switched-capacitor input?

Almost no people will buy a 9b 80MS/s adc with 1mm^2...  area matters most!

不好意思是mm2,改正了,架构不能说,不是pipeline,driver是输出驱动么?功耗是模拟和数字加起来的功耗,不是过采样架构,内部有bandgap,自主产生refence,指标随工艺波动较小,另外偶请教的问题能否指点一二

reference buffer内部有的,需要两个pad外接cap,input是容性的,大概负载2p,面积只有0.3mm^2,主打的就是面积和功耗

with the amount of power consumption, i suspect it's SAR, but 9-bit would be difficult.  
whatever architecture, better ones (all aspects) are there, so u can't sell IP.  
besides, u're using .13um technology, so u dont have advantage from market perspective coz size is money.
find a job on analog front end, that's money

我查过tsmc的ip,貌似这个指标的还没有吧,adi和ti的产品里也没有,个人认为是很有优势的,麻烦把你说的better ones in all aspect发上来看一看
