DSP Builder中Error (10481)

手头有一块dsp Development Board开发板，安装了的Quartus II是6.0的，版本很老，还装了DSP Builder 和 Video and Image Processing Suite，在使用DSP Builder 完成Altera提供的Examples\Video_IP_Example_Design\example_design_data_path过程中遇到了问题，能够顺利的convert MDL to Vhdl，但是在执行Synthesis出现了以下的错误
Error (10481): VHDL Use Clause error at chroma_resampler_v1_0_0_crs.vhd(4): design library "work" does not contain primary unit "ALT_CUSP_PACKAGE" File:/Altera/kits/Examples/Video_IP_Example_Design/example_design_data_path/chroma_resampler_v1_0_0_crs.vhd Line: 4
Error: Node instance "chroma_resampler_v1_0_0_crs_inst" instantiates undefined entity "chroma_resampler_v1_0_0_crs" File: D:/Altera/kits/Examples/Video_IP_Example_Design/example_design_data_path/chroma_resampler_v1_0_0.vhd Line: 71
大意是chroma_resampler_v1_0_0_crs.vhd 没有包含ALT_CUSP_PACKAGE，打开chroma_resampler_v1_0_0_crs.vhd，里面的内容全是乱码
不知道这个是什么问题，哪位大侠能帮忙解决下啊，万分感激
