采保的SNDR在奈奎斯特采样时下降10db

运放：折叠共源共栅增益自举
结构：电荷翻转式，底极板采样（100M的采保）
仿真发现在10M时SNDR为80db，49M时SNDR为70db。
1.这是电路设计不好的原因么？
2.有没有改进措施？

1.正常，就看能不能满足你的要求。

When the sampling freq is increasing, the distortion normally is also going high. Many commercial ADC chips behave the same.

If you want a good linearity, the OTA GBP is good to be 10 times higher than the sampling freq, which will cost lots of power for the amplifier.
