IC5141自带的standcell实验在extract的时候出现gnd！重复错误--求助

我在做IC5141自带的standcell实验，当做到添加multipart path的时候按照上面说的设定 ，但在最后extract的时候出现错误：

有两个问题 ：
1 这个multipart path的作用是什么
2 这个错误怎么解决
