猎聘Customer Engineering Director /Hardware Manager

Position : Customer Engineering Director
Report to: GM in China
Subordinate: 4
Location: Shenzhen
This position is responsible for providing engineering supports to customers with the following qualifications:

1. Must have strong program management for in-time customer delivery and technical support;
2. 6+ years of experience in application, system integration and/ or customer support for video/ audio, digital TB or PC multimedia market solutions, with at least 3+ years of project management experience;
3. Must Travel to provide customers on-site support as needed;
4. Must Fluent in English; need to closely work with different sites of company;
5. Development experience in software system, hardware system, API or driver for ARM embedded applications or PC Windows application is preferred;
6. Experience with turnkey system integration in related industries is very desirable;
7. Sales/ Marketing experience is very desirable;
8. MS or BS in EE, CS or related field.


Position: Hardware Manager
Report to: Sr. Manager
Subordinate: 3 HW engineers
Requirements:
1. 8+ years hands-on experience with PCB board design, layout and debug skills in related industries;
2. One or more related hardware product experience in TV, PC or any embedded applications is preferred.
3. Home entertainment - HDTV, 3DTV, Blue-ray DVD, IPTV or HDMI cable accessories.
4. PC multimedia – HD video/audio, video conferencing.
5. Camera based applications that incorporate gesture or face recognition.
6. Strong management of an efficient hardware development team, manufacturing interface, production support and BOM negotiation.
7. Effective presentation and communication skills across different sites - US, India, Taiwan and China.
8. Travel may be needed to support customer on-site projects and manufacturing interfaces.
9. Fluent in English, need to directly cooperate with teams in different countries;
10. MS or BS in EE or related IT technology fields.
