question about wincvs?

hi, all :
i setup a cvsnt and wincvs in windowsXp, when i have actived CVSNT Control Panel, then into the wincvs :
the error :
cvs.exe [login aborted]: authorization failed: server boor rejected access to /cvs_home for user eda
i have read the help manal, but i dont know why i cant access the server ,
in other hand, i want setup a cvs server in internet communicate with my servel
friends, how ?
any helps ?
