When you first pick up the topology of the amplifier, you should have some idea what is the sensitivity of the supply/bias variation. Optimize your design with typical supply/bias condition and verify it still acceptable with process/supply corners. It's an iterative process anyway.

我觉得要看你要设计的精度了吧，对偏置的仿真和对运放的仿真都要做完善
