Position Description:
To develop and execute the sales strategy for Automotive, home appliance, industry market in East China.
To manage all the necessary business to reach the target sales revenue.
To work with distribution and find out new market to increase the business.
To penetrate and consolidate the company’s position in East China customers. And expand our customer range.
To have a sales expertise in mobile/home application/ industry segment which is needed in our bench strength.
Required Skills:
Bachelor or above degree in EE.
Sales or related experience, 5-8 years is a benchmark.
Experience as a Sales Engineer of Semiconductors in Automotive, home appliance, industry market. Engineering experience is preferred.
Excellent English skill including oral and writing to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners.
MS office skill is necessary.
Ready to travel.
Demonstrates willingness to be as productive as possible
Adapts performance to a variety of situations to meet business needs
Consistently dependable and able to solve problems in a timely manner
Plans and organizes work/projects effectively
Tracks the needs of the department and business on a regular basis
