Job Responsibilities:
Ø Perform IC evaluation and characterization
Ø Responsible for wafer analysis and yield improvement
Ø Need to design & debug probe card and DUT board for all products
Ø Programming skill is essential for test program development.
Job Requirements:
Ø Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalence, 3-5 years relative experience.
Ø Sound knowledge of IC fabrication process
Ø Familiar with Unix environment
Ø Experience in logic programs on Advantest would be an advantage
Ø Good communication skill, English language with CET 4
